Payment is expected at the time of the appointment, minus any booking fees paid in advance. A receipt will be provided at the conclusion of the appointment.

We accept Cash, checks, and money orders. Please make checks, or money orders payable to: Notary of Central Florida 

Debit/Credit cards are accepted via electronic transfer only; for example, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.

  • $10 per Notarized Seal

Travel Fees

  • $10 travel fee 5 miles or less
  • $20 travel fee 10 miles
  • $40 for 11-20 miles
  • $3.00 per mile after 20 miles

Miles are calculated using Google Maps. Calculate the trip using 34736 zip code to where Notarization will occur.

Marriage

  • $30.00 - Solemnizing a Marriage
  • $20.00 - Verifying a VIN

(Vehicle Identification Number)

(RON) Remote Online Notary​

  • $25
  • An additional fee of $20 may be

charged for making and delivering electronic copies of a given series of related electronic records.

Hospital/Nursing Home

  • $20 flat rate service fee for

hospital/nursing home visitation for notarizations.

  • Plus $10 per stamp needed.

Loan Signing

  • $150 Full Purchase, Seller Packet

Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), & more. We walk signers through each document and triple check all documents to ensure they are completed in it’s entirety and accurately. Prices vary depending on distance and transaction type.

Cancelation:

Appointments can be canceled without penalty within one (1) hour of the appointment time. If an appointment is made and the signer does not appear or decides the services are not needed, or for any other reason fails to complete the business at hand, the travel fee will be invoiced and owed by the signer. Situations arise, and we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, please call or text as soon as possible, but no later than an hour before your appointment time, otherwise you will be charged a non-refundable travel fee.

Acceptable Forms of Identification

  • Valid State Issued Driver’s License
  • Valid State Issued Identification Card
  • US Passport
  • Foreign Passports Stamped by USCIS
  • US Armed Forces ID Card (any branch)
  • Two Credible Witness (for a person who does not have a current ID)
  • Veteran Health Identification Card (issued by the United States Department of  Veterans Affairs.)
